Traditional Thai and Thai Yoga Fusion Massage

Thai Yoga Massage is a traditional healing therapy that combines acupressure, assisted stretching, and mindful movement to restore balance and relaxation throughout the body. Often described as “lazy yoga,” this treatment is performed on a comfortable floor mat, or in my fusion work a low massage table.

Rooted in ancient Thai medicine, Thai Yoga Massage uses rhythmic pressure along the body’s energy lines, combined with gentle stretches inspired by yoga postures. I use hands, thumbs, elbows, knees, and feet to release tension, improve flexibility, and encourage natural energy flow.

Thai Yoga Massage focuses on movement and body alignment, helping to relieve muscle stiffness, reduce stress, improve circulation, and enhance overall wellbeing. It can feel both deeply relaxing and energizing, leaving the body feeling refreshed, balanced, and revitalized. With fusion work I introduce massage oil which is more nurturing in nature.
